Pine Beach Cottages is proud to offer a direct, personal approach to communication and booking. Unlike large resorts or rental platforms, we do not use an online reservation system. Instead, all inquiries are handled one-on-one by phone or email. This gives you the opportunity to ask specific questions, get accurate availability updates, and receive customized recommendations based on your group size and vacation plans.

Whether you're looking to stay for a weekend or a full week, we’re happy to walk you through your options, provide honest answers, and help you book the right cottage for your needs. Every guest matters, and we treat every inquiry with care.

To ensure a smooth inquiry process, please take note of the following:

We do not offer online booking — all reservations are handled manually by phone or email.
Availability changes daily — especially during peak summer months and holiday weekends. Contact us early for best selection.
Minimum stay requirements — usually 3 nights in summer or on holiday weekends; 2-night minimums may apply off-season.
Boat rentals available — let us know if you're interested in pontoon or fishing boat rentals through Pine Beach Adventures.
Pets — some cottages may allow pets with prior approval. Pet fees or restrictions may apply.
Towels not included — please bring your own bath and beach towels. Bedding and kitchenware are provided.
No smoking inside cottages — outdoor smoking permitted if respectful of others and waste is disposed of properly.
